With a strong background in risk management and process improvement, Beth leads initiatives that strengthen billing systems, streamline internal workflows, and implement effective solutions across departments. She successfully launched AdvisorBOB, NFA’s billing software, which significantly improved financial and portfolio management processes. Beth has also developed and introduced key operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support advisor succession planning, client account administration, and investment portfolio oversight.

As Operations Team Lead, Beth drives initiatives that improve team performance, staff engagement, and advisor retention. She leads performance check-ins, implements task review systems, and collaborates across departments to strengthen operational workflows. Beth enhances advisor engagement through targeted outreach, resource integration, and program optimization. She also plays a key role in SOP development, cross-functional collaboration, and quarterly staff planning to ensure operational efficiency and scalable growth.

Beth holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Texas State University. Before transitioning into the financial services industry, she gained hands-on experience in managing operations, controlling budgets, and leading teams through her role in food and beverage management within the hospitality sector.

Outside of the office, Beth enjoys traveling, spending time with loved ones, and searching for the perfect spicy margarita. She’s a certified Pilates instructor and 200-hour yoga teacher with a passion for movement, mindfulness, and overall well-being. She’s also an avid reader and proud dachshund owner—often found unwinding with a good book and her wiener dog by her side. Her personal mantra is: “Reflect on how far you have come and keep fighting for who you want to be.” Beth looks forward to continuing to grow her impact and leadership at one of the top wealth management firms.
