Jessica Llanas is a dedicated Business Relationship Manager II at NFA, supporting Reagan Wagner, Kristen Wagner, and Bob Wagner in managing day-to-day client operations. With a strong background in customer service and financial operations, Jessica handles account maintenance, money movement requests, outside account paperwork, meeting preparation, and compliance updates. She also ensures seamless communication between clients and advisors, allowing them to focus on growing their businesses while she efficiently manages their operational needs.
With over a decade of experience in the financial industry, Jessica previously worked for American Funds in the retirement department for six years. She specialized in establishing 401(k) plan brochures, excelling in her role to the point of training new employees and evaluating their work. Seeking an opportunity to grow and advance, she joined NFA nearly four years ago, bringing her expertise and commitment to client service. She takes great pride in working for a firm that has built long-standing relationships with loyal clients, a testament to NFA’s success and reputation in the industry.
Jessica’s passion lies in helping clients navigate the complexities of financial paperwork, ensuring they fully understand the documents they are reviewing or signing. She finds fulfillment in breaking down financial jargon and making the process easier for clients, providing clarity and confidence in their financial decisions. Whether assisting a client, an advisor, or a colleague, Jessica is always available to offer support and guidance.
Beyond work, Jessica enjoys traveling—whether a quick getaway or a flight to a new destination, she cherishes the opportunity to unwind and embrace the moment. She also has a competitive streak, loving games like darts and bingo. She recently started learning the fast-paced world of bingo from her best friend and enjoys the challenge it brings.
Jessica lives by the philosophy that “everything happens for a reason” and applies this mindset to both her professional and personal life. She is a team player who thrives on collaboration and helping others succeed. Her ultimate goal is to become a licensed advisor, further expanding her ability to serve clients and contribute to NFA’s continued growth. She looks forward to growing within the firm and continuing to provide exceptional service to clients and advisors alike.
