Mackenzie is an Administrative Assistant II at NFA, where she supports daily
office operations and assists multiple departments with essential administrative
and marketing initiatives. Through project coordination, communications
support, marketing efforts, and event planning, Mackenzie helps support the
firm’s goals and internal teams.

Mackenzie joined NFA as an intern in May 2025 while pursuing her Bachelor of
Business Administration in Management at The University of Texas at San
Antonio. After earning her degree in May 2026, she transitioned into a full-time
Administrative Assistant II role. Prior to joining NFA, she served as a Student
Assistant in UTSA’s Office of the Executive Vice President for Business Affairs,
where she gained valuable experience in administrative support, event planning,
and front desk operations.

Mackenzie was drawn to NFA because of its core values, especially its emphasis
on Faith and Family—two principles that also serve as the foundation for her
personal life. She appreciates the opportunity to be part of a firm that values
community, purpose, and personal growth.

Since joining NFA, Mackenzie has enjoyed learning the many facets of the
business while supporting major company initiatives, including the Kick-Off
Conference, Mid-Year Meeting, employee engagement programs, and various
marketing and communication efforts. She enjoys collaborating with teams
across the organization and contributing to projects that help strengthen both
operations and company culture.

Known for her organized approach and willingness to help wherever needed,
Mackenzie enjoys supporting a variety of projects across the firm. She is
committed to continuous learning and looks forward to further developing her
skills in business operations, marketing, and organizational management.

Outside of work, Mackenzie enjoys attending concerts, spending time with
friends and family, cooking new recipes, and hanging out with her dog. She
believes in staying flexible, collaborative, and always rooted in the values that
matter most.
